Matt Horbacki - Director
With over 25 years’ experience in the outdoor adverting industry, there’s not much I haven’t seen before. Having said that, every day in Outdoor is different, with the opportunity to learn new things, which is why I like working in it so much. I have a wealth of experience working in the rail sector, on both Network Rail and Train operated companies/assets, across various environments, with different stakeholders; from shopping centres to high streets; from TFL to local government.
Kelly Horbacka - Accounts Coordinator
My name is Kelly and I am the Accounts Coordinator & Administrator at Outdoor Logistics UK. I have experience in accounts and admin, working in many different sectors. I enjoy working at OL as it’s a nice and professional working environment, working along side great colleagues. Being part of OL allows me to keep learning as there is always different challenges to overcome, adapt and learn from.
Lewis Mason - Operations Manager
I have over 15 years’ experience in outdoor advertising working in the operations department. I have been with Outdoor Logistics for 10 years now and have helped them to deliver phases 1 – 3 of the NR 48/ 96 sheet static upgrade, plus the backlight phase. Rail is a particularly strong area for me; I’ve built many 48 sheets on station platforms as well as digital 6 sheets in and around the rail environment. I thrive when working on large scale projects throughout the UK, managing the operational aspects of the JCD/ Tesco large format removal project and 48 sheet digital upgrade allowed me to deliver these projects on time and budget, keeping all parties happy.
Lee Young - Operations Manager
In the course of the last 17 years I’ve worked in ooh I’ve worked in many different areas, including large and small format. I’m particularly strong in the London Underground environment having worked on LUL infrastructure for last 16 years. There have been many challenges along the way including leading the installation of Premier advertising campaign for Wimbledon tennis and the full upgrade of LU advertising platform.
Priscilla Donald - Office Administration Assistant
My name is Priscilla Donald, having 11 years of professional experience covering variety of industries working as an Administrator.
I love to learn new things, especially as a part of my career development, learning about new roles within the organization helps you work more effectively.
Having been able to work with OL has given me a new opportunity to work, learn and take multiple challenges to complete the task.
